Return and Refund Policy
At Anil Kids, we take pride in providing high-quality children's special occasion wear. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your order under the following conditions.
Return Conditions
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- If the item was delivered with a security seal, it must remain intact. Any tampered or removed seals will make the return ineligible.
- Items must not be altered, ironed, or washed and should be properly packed in the same condition as received.
- Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded, in accordance with current regulations.
Return Request Process
To initiate a return, the customer must contact us within 14 days of receiving the order by emailing info@anilkids.co.uk or via WhatsApp at +44 7411 590 501.
Once the return request is received, our team will provide written confirmation with specific instructions. The return must be sent either to our warehouse or as a hold-for-pickup shipment, as per our instructions.
Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days, provided the item meets all return conditions.
- If the returned item does not meet the required conditions (e.g., used, damaged, missing original packaging), we reserve the right to reject the return or apply a partial refund.
